The Cub Pack is open to boys and girls. The Cubs are taught a variety of life skills for which they can earn badges. The badges are very diverse. They include cooking, sports, swimming, first aid, safety in the home, camping and friendship, to name just a few.

The Monday meetings include games, quizzes and badge work. There are District & County Activities which include competitions, sports and camping. The Cub Pack is very active and the leaders are very dedicated and committed to helping the young people grow up better equipped to face the world.

A Treble for the 21st Cub-Scouts

A treble for the Cubs

Three of our Sixers went all out to complete all of their challenge badges in order to achieve the top award in Cubs, The Silver Chief Scouts Award. All three worked so hard they didn’t even have time to sew their challenge badges on their jumpers. All three have now made the successful transition up to Scouts.

This year the group was given the honour of leading the St Georges Day Parade Service which included a parade in the town centre followed by a church service to mark the occasion. Scouts, Cubs and Beavers from all over Wycombe formed up and marched with pride through the town, to All Saints Church where a service was held to honour our Patron Saint. This honour was made more special by the fact the 21st High Wycombe Scout Group is 50 years old this year and has made a great start to out celebrations.

Are you a 21st Old Boy (or Girl!) who would like to join in the celebrations, swap stories or show embarrassing photos? If so please give Chris a ring on 0773 974 6353.
